This appointment we were really excited for because not only were we going to hear our little baby's heartbeat and see its picture again, it was also going to look more like a person and less like a peanut ;). We were so excited to see how much it had grown in the short amount of time between now and the last appointment! The tech was also able to capture it moving- and it was moving a lot! She had a hard time getting the measurements done because Little Maity kept squirming around and doing somersaults. And of course the whole time it had its hands up to its face forming a little heart. Chris was convinced it was doing maniacal laughing, but I'm not so sure about that. Now more then ever he is convinced that it is a boy which most of our family and friends agree with.

Many of the images came out blurry from all the movement it was doing, but you can see its hand in the first one attempting to block its face. At 20 weeks, we will be able to tell if it is a boy or a girl...so you will have to wait until Christmas to find out!
For now, I am content with enjoying my bumpette as I call my forming baby bump and getting ready for an awesome Thanksgiving Cruise with Chris, my mom, and dad. Until next time :)
