Unfortunately, my summer holidays have come to an end. I can honestly say 2010 has been a great year so far and in the past two months I have had some of the most amazing experiences of my life. To end summer with a grand finale, if you will, we decided to spend the last weekend in July at, where else, the lake house! We drove down with our good friends Beth and Jesse Friday night and were joined later that evening by Bobby, Trip, and his beautiful girlfriend Katie (both who had flown in recently from D.C.). We spent all day Saturday out on the lake getting reaquainted with art of waterskiing and wakeboarding. Saturday night we were joined by our friend Steve and as a group went to dinner and then to see my dad play bass for the Ocala Civic Theatre production of "Footloose." Sunday, being August 1, we got all the family together, and I do mean
all the family, to celebrate Mike's birthday. This entire weekend was so much fun and many new memories were created and friendships formed. I only hope next summer is just as much fun and exciting.
